By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the god5 platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other medium we provide — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

To register and use the god5 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active god5 account at any time. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your membership is accurate, truthful, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
The name registered on your god5 account must match the name on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or valid identification document. The account name must also match the name of the bank account or e-wallet holder used for deposits and withdrawals.
God5 only accepts deposits via the following approved Malaysian payment methods:

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Standard withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes for accounts that have completed full verification (KYC). Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 may require 1–3 business days for additional security review.
God5 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. For withdrawals, the first (1) withdrawal each day is free of charge. Subsequent withdrawals on the same day may be subject to a processing fee of RM 3 per transaction.
All bonuses and promotions offered by god5 are subject to wagering requirements specified for each individual offer. Failure to meet the wagering requirements within the stipulated period will result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus.

All Sports Betting at god5 is placed based on the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the member unless through the Cash Out feature available on selected matches. god5 supports betting on the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, BWF Tour badminton, Formula 1, e-sports, and over 200 other leagues and tournaments.
Bet outcomes are determined based on official results published by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of any dispute over a result, god5's decision is final. Postponed or cancelled matches will receive a full bet refund unless the specific game terms state otherwise.
God5 reserves the right to void or revise any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous or mistaken. The decision to void or revise such bets is at god5's absolute discretion and is final.
The minimum bet for most markets is RM 5. Maximum bet limits vary by game type, market, and the member's VIP status. god5 reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on specific accounts for risk management purposes.

All content on the god5 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, user interface, source code, page layouts, videos, and text, is the exclusive property of god5 and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law.
Members are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works based on any god5 content without prior written consent from god5.
God5 shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our platform, including any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
God5's maximum liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim. The god5 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding stability, accuracy, or continuity of service.
You may close your god5 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. All active balances must be withdrawn before the account can be closed. Any outstanding lottery tickets or active bets must be settled prior to processing the account closure.
